1. What is the expected delivery timeframe for my purchase?

For our customers across the United States, our logistics schedule is as follows:

  • Daily Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST). Orders submitted after this time will begin processing the next business day.

  • Handling & Preparation: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Period: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Arrival: You can typically expect your order within 8 to 10 business days.

2. Is there a charge for shipping?

No. We are pleased to provide Free Standard Shipping on all domestic orders within the United States. There are no hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

3. Where is Moda Clothing based?

Moda Clothing is a proudly US-based company located at 4462 Vernor Hwy, Detroit, MI. Our central location helps us manage quality control and coordinate fast delivery directly to your doorstep.

4. Is it possible to cancel my order?

We offer a 24-hour grace period for cancellations. If you need to revoke your order, please contact our support team at contact@themodaclothing.com within 24 hours of placement.

5. What should I do if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?

If your item is defective, damaged during transit, or if we sent the wrong product, we will resolve the issue at zero cost to you ($0.00). We will provide a pre-paid return label for a free replacement. Please notify us within 30 days of receipt.

6. Can I return an item if I change my mind?

Yes. You have a 30-day window from the date of delivery to initiate a return. For "change of mind" or sizing returns, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs and must use a trackable service.

7. Do you apply any restocking charges?

No. We do not impose any restocking fees on returned merchandise.

8. How long does the refund process take?

Once your return arrives at our Detroit facility and passes inspection (usually within 1 business day), we will issue the refund. The funds generally reflect on your original payment statement within 7 business days, depending on your bank.

9. How do I monitor my shipment?

Tracking your order is simple. Once your package is dispatched, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email on our "Track Order" page to see real-time updates.
