  • Order Cutoff Time: 5:00 PM (EST - Eastern Standard Time). Orders submitted after this hour will begin processing on the following business day.

  • Order Processing Time: 1 to 2 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Transit Duration: 7 to 8 business days (Monday – Friday).

  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: 8 to 10 business days (combined handling and transit time).

3. Our Shipping Partners

To guarantee the safety and speed of your delivery, we collaborate with industry-leading carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The specific carrier is selected based on the package dimensions and the final destination to ensure the best possible service.

4. Shipping Fees

  • Shipping Costs: We provide Free Standard Shipping on every order, with no minimum purchase amount required.

5. Managing Delivery Issues

We will proactively coordinate with the carrier to track down your order. Note: Any claims for missing packages must be filed within 7 days of the projected delivery date.

As soon as your package is dispatched, we will send you a confirmation email containing your unique tracking number. You can follow your shipment's progress in real-time through the link provided in that email or directly on our "Track Order" page.
