4. Cost of Returns

• Customer Preference (Change of mind, style choice, or sizing): The shipping costs for these returns are the responsibility of the customer. We do not provide pre-paid labels for elective returns. You may use the carrier of your choice (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).
• Defective or Incorrect Merchandise: If your item arrives damaged or if we made a fulfillment error, the return is entirely free ($0.00). We will provide a pre-paid shipping label at no cost to you.

5. Processing Fees

• Restocking Fees: We do not believe in hidden costs; therefore, we charge $0.00 in restocking fees.

How to Request a Return

2. Packing: Securely package your item to ensure it is protected during its journey back to our facility.
3. Dispatch: Send the item back following the specific instructions provided in our confirmation email.

Refund Timeline & Methods

• Inspection: Once your package is received at our Detroit facility, it will be inspected within 1 business day.
• Approval: Upon validation of the item’s condition, your refund will be authorized immediately.
• Credit: Funds will be issued back to your original payment method. Depending on your bank, please allow up to 7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.

Exchanges

If you need a different size or color:

• Reach out to us for specific exchange instructions.
• No exchange fees are charged by Moda Clothing.
• While the customer covers the return shipping to us, we will cover the cost of shipping the new exchange item back to you.

Order Cancellations
